Information We Collect

stoicHQ is a static informational platform. We do not require account creation or login. We collect minimal data: Waitlist email addresses: If you submit your email via the waitlist form, we store it to notify you of the platform launch. We do not share this with third parties. Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage patterns (page views, session duration, country of origin). GA4 data is anonymised and governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not store individual-level analytics data on our servers. Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) as part of infrastructure operation. We do not use these logs for marketing or profiling.

Cookies

stoicHQ uses cookies only for Google Analytics measurement. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality of the site.

How We Use Information

Waitlist emails: Used only to send a launch notification. We do not send marketing emails or share your email with third parties. Analytics data: Used in aggregate to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. We do not use analytics data to identify individual users.

Data Retention

Waitlist emails are retained until the platform launches or you request removal. You may request deletion of your email at any time by emailing research@altorlab.com.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact research@altorlab.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

stoicHQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
